The instruction determines the composition, content, order of development, coordination and approval of work execution projects (CPD) for the installation of process equipment, structures and pipelines of industrial facilities, as well as the procedure for the implementation of technical supervision over the installation organization’s execution of CPD decisions during production. The instruction is mandatory for organizations that develop projects for the production of mechanical installation work and perform these works.
Инструкция определяет состав, содержание, порядок разработки, согласования и утверждения проектов производства работ (ППР) по монтажу технологического оборудования, конструкций и трубопроводов промышленных объектов, а также порядок осуществления технического надзора за выполнением монтажной организацией решений ППР при производстве работ. Инструкция является обязательной для организаций, разрабатывающих проекты производства механомонтажных работ и выполняющих эти работы.
