Temporary instruction on the design of inventory of public buildings

The instruction covers the design of public inventory of buildings for organizations, institutions and enterprises of health care, physical culture, education, culture, management, public utilities, consumer services, trade and public catering, communications and transport. The instruction has been drawn up in addition to the current all-Union construction regulations.
Инструкция распространяется на проектирование инвентарных общественных зданий для организаций, учреждений и предприятий здравоохранения, физической культуры, просвещения, культуры, управления, коммунального хозяйства, бытового обслуживания населения, торговли и общественного питания, связи и транспорта. Инструкция составлена в дополнение к действующим общесоюзным нормативным документам по строительству.
