The instruction is intended for use by design and construction organizations of the Ministry of Transport Construction, which carry out the drafting of works, the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete pipes from heavy concrete, as well as the construction of culvert pipes under road and railway embankments in all construction-climatic zones.
