These hygienic standards are valid throughout the Russian Federation and establish sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the placement and operation of permanently operating sources of magnetic fields (MF) with a frequency of 50 Hz located inside residential and public buildings and in residential areas. Standards apply to the MP with a frequency of 50 Hz, created by the elements of the system of production, transmission and distribution of electricity of alternating current of industrial frequency (cable power lines, elements of the power supply system of voltage class greater than or equal to 220 V, transformer and distribution devices of transformer substations, including built-in, air power lines with voltage of 6-500 kV), as well as MPs with a frequency of 50 Hz, arising in metal structures and pipelines of buildings and buildings zheny, in Vol. h. created cathodic protection stations and must be citizens, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities. The standards do not apply to industrial and office buildings and the working conditions of persons professionally related to the operation and maintenance of sources of MP with a frequency of 50 Hz.
Настоящие гигиенические нормативы действуют на всей территории Российской Федерации и устанавливают санитарно-эпидемиологические требования к размещению и эксплуатации постоянно действующих источников магнитных полей (МП) частотой 50 Гц, расположенных внутри жилых и общественных зданий и на селитебных территориях. Нормативы распространяются на МП частотой 50 Гц, создаваемые элементами системы производства, передачи и распределения электроэнергии переменного тока промышленной частоты (кабельными линиями электропередачи, элементами системы электроснабжения класса напряжения больше или равно 220 В, трансформаторными и распределительными устройствами трансформаторных подстанций, в том числе встроенных, воздушными линиями электропередачи напряжением 6-500 кВ), а также МП частотой 50 Гц, возникающими в металлоконструкциях и трубопроводах зданий и сооружений, в т. ч. создаваемые станциями катодной защиты и обязательны для граждан, индивидуальных предпринимателей и юридических лиц. Нормативы не распространяются на производственные и служебные здания и условия труда лиц, профессионально связанных с эксплуатацией и обслуживанием источников МП частотой 50 Гц.
