Methodological manual for the maintenance and repair of housing

The manual explains and specifies the structure, structure of works1 and services, modern regulatory and legal requirements for the organization of maintenance of the common property of a residential house, maintenance of general communications, technical devices and technical premises of a residential house, maintenance of the common property of an apartment building in order to: protect life or the health of citizens, the property of individuals or legal entities, state or municipal property, environmental protection; ensuring safety, improving the level of housing services of all forms of ownership; strict implementation of uniform requirements for the maintenance and repair of housing; ensuring the implementation of the rights of consumers of housing services in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Методическое пособие разъясняет и конкретизирует структуру, состав работ1 и услуг, современные нормативные и правовые требования к организации содержания общего имущества жилого дома, технического обслуживания общих коммуникаций, технических устройств и технических помещений жилого дома, текущего ремонта общего имущества многоквартирного жилого дома в целях: защиты жизни или здоровья граждан, имущества физических или юридических лиц, государственного или муниципального имущества, охраны окружающей среды; обеспечения сохранности, повышения уровня обслуживания жилищного фонда всех форм собственности; неукоснительной реализации единых требований к содержанию и ремонту жилищного фонда; обеспечения реализации прав потребителей жилищных услуг в соответствии с Законом Российской Федерации «О защите прав потребителей».
