Guidelines for the application of state elemental norms for commissioning and commissioning

These Guidelines determine the procedure for applying collections of state elemental estimate standards for commissioning work on commissioned enterprises, buildings and structures and apply throughout the Russian Federation.
Настоящими Методическими рекомендациями определяется порядок применения сборников государственных элементных сметных норм на пусконаладочные работы на вводимых в эксплуатацию предприятиях, зданиях и сооружениях и применяются на всей территории Российской Федерации.
