The recommendation applies to the regulatory and technical documentation, containing methods for performing indirect measurements, and establishes the main provisions for determining the measurement results and evaluating their errors, provided that the arguments on which the measured quantity depends are accepted as constant physical quantities; The known systematic errors of the measurement results of arguments are excluded, and not the excluded systematic errors are uniformly distributed within the given boundaries.
Рекомендация распространяется на нормативно-техническую документацию, содержащую методики выполнения косвенных измерений, и устанавливает основные положения определения результатов измерений и оценивание их погрешностей при условии, что аргументы, от которых зависит измеряемая величина, принимаются за постоянные физические величины; известные систематические погрешности результатов измерений аргументов исключены, а не исключенные систематические погрешности распределены равномерно внутри заданных границ.
