The document establishes general rules, norms and requirements for metrological assurance of safety and survivability of complex technical systems (CTS), control of the state of CTC under the conditions of occurrence of natural and man-made disasters, and also contains recommendations for meeting these requirements. The rules (norms) set forth in the document, requirements and recommendations are used in the development of design, engineering, technological and operational documentation for complex technical systems in terms of the selection and regulation of methods and means of measuring, testing, controlling the properties and parameters of the JTS at all stages of their life cycle, and also the organization of metrological service of measuring, control and testing devices that are part of the JTS.
Документ устанавливает общие правила, нормы и требования метрологического обеспечения безопасности и живучести сложных технических систем (СТС), контроля состояния СТС в условиях возникновения природных и техногенных катастроф и содержит также рекомендации по выполнению этих требований. Изложенные в документе правила (нормы), требования и рекомендации используются при разработке проектной, конструкторской технологической и эксплуатационной документации на сложные технические системы в части выбора и регламентации методов и средств измерений, испытаний, контроля свойств и параметров СТС на всех стадиях их жизненного цикла, а также организации метрологического обслуживания средств измерений, контроля и испытаний, входящих в состав СТС.
