This recommendation applies to the metrological services and other structural units of the federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation and legal entities performing work in the field of creating and applying standard samples of the composition and properties of substances and materials [standard samples, CO], as well as carrying out other activities within general functions of the State Standard Reference Service (hereinafter referred to as GSSO) for intersectoral and interregional coordination of works, as provided for by Art. 10 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On ensuring the uniformity of measurements."
Настоящая рекомендация расп��остраняется на метрологические службы и иные структурные подразделения федеральных органов исполнительной власти Российской Федерации и юридических лиц, выполняющих работы в области создания и применения стандартных образцов состава и свойств веществ и материалов [стандартные образцы, СО], а также осуществляющих другие виды деятельности в рамках общих функций Государственной службы стандартных образцов (далее, ГССО) по межотраслевой и межрегиональной координации работ, предусмотренных ст. 10 Закона Российской Федерации «Об обеспечении единства измерений».
