The method applies to commercial crude oil metering stations (hereinafter - UUSN) with turbine flow meters (TPD) used in oil-producing enterprises, and establishes the procedure for determining the total measurement error at UUSN before commissioning and checking the conformity of the used measuring equipment (SI) on UUSN in operation.
Методика распространяется на коммерческие узлы учета сырой нефти (в дальнейшем - УУСН) с турбинными преобразователями расхода (ТПР), используемые на нефтедобывающих предприятиях, и устанавливает порядок определения суммарной погрешности измерений на УУСН перед вводом в эксплуатацию н порядок проверки соответствия применяемых средств измерений (СИ) на УУСН в процессе эксплуатации.
