This method is designed to measure the mass fraction of protein in milk and cream (raw, pasteurized, sterilized, baked, reconstituted, regenerated), dairy products (yogurt, ryazhenka, yogurt, sour cream), without solid inclusions, including products with sugar, fruit and other food fillers using MilkoSkan infrared analyzers.
Настоящая методика предназначена для измерения массовой доли белка в молоке и сливках (сырых, пастеризованных, стерилизованных, топленых, восстановленных, регенерированных), кисломолочных продуктах (простокваше, ряженке, йогурте, сметане), без твердых включений, включая продукты с сахаром, фруктовыми и другими пищевыми наполнителями, с применением инфракрасных анализаторов MilkoSkan.
