The recommendation applies to certification objects and establishes metrological quantitative criteria for assessing the compliance of their quality with regulatory hygienic (environmental) requirements. The recommendation is intended for: certification bodies; testing laboratories; organizations carrying out external quality control of certification bodies and testing laboratories. The recommendation can be used in analyzing the state of quality of tests in testing laboratories and certification bodies.
Рекомендация распространяется на объекты сертификации и устанавливает метрологические количественные критерии оценки соответствия их качества нормативным гигиеническим (экологическим) требованиям. Рекомендация предназначена для: органов по сертификации; испытательных лабораторий; организаций, осуществляющих внешний контроль качества работы органов по сертификации и испытательных лабораторий. Рекомендация может быть использована при анализе состояния качества испытаний в испытательных лабораториях и органах по сертификации.
