The document applies to the amount of active and reactive electrical energy (electricity) and power and sets the measurement procedure (MVI) of these quantities, designed to control and commercial metering in the production, transmission, distribution and consumption of electricity in the branches (divisions) of Tyumenenergo. MVI is designed to measure electricity and power by measuring complexes installed at a power facility in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Regulations (EIR) and regulatory documents, both as independent measuring instruments and as part of automated information and measurement systems (AIIS).
Документ распространяется на количество активной и реактивной электрической энергии (электроэнергии) и мощность и устанавливает методику выполнения измерений (МВИ) этих величин, предназначенную для контроля и коммерческого учета при производстве, передаче, распределении и потреблении электроэнергии в филиалах (подразделениях) ОАО «Тюменьэнерго». МВИ предназначена для измерений электроэнергии и мощности измерительными комплексами, установленными на энергообъекте в соответствии с требованиями Правил устройства электроустановок (ПУЭ) и нормативных документов, как в качестве самостоятельных средств измерений, так и входящих в состав автоматизированных информационно-измерительных систем (АИИС).
