The recommendation covers the description of the type of automated information-measuring systems, commercial metering of electric energy approved as a single copy of measuring instruments, and sets forth general recommendations on the content and design of the type description, as well as on the design of changes made to AIIS KUE during operation. The recommendation is intended for the State Test Centers for measuring instruments accredited for the right to carry out tests for the approval of the type of AIIS KUE.
Рекомендация распространяется на описание типа систем автоматизированных информационно-измерительных, коммерческого учета электрической энергии, утверждаемых в качестве единичного экземпляра средств измерений, и излагает общие рекомендации по содержанию и оформлению описания типа, а также оформлению изменений, вносимых в АИИС КУЭ в процессе эксплуатации. Рекомендация предназначена для Государственных центров испытаний средств измерений, аккредитованных на право проведения испытаний с целью утверждения типа АИИС КУЭ.
