The recommendation establishes a methodology for measuring thermal energy and mass of the coolant in water and steam heating systems using ICT heat meters 9961-П1. The recommendation was developed in accordance with MI 2714 and defines the basic requirements for the methodology and conditions for carrying out measurements, as well as the assessment of measurement errors.
Рекомендация устанавливает методику измерений тепловой энергии и массы теплоносителя в водяных и паровых системах теплоснабжения с помощью теплосчетчиков ИКТ 9961-П1. Рекомендация разработана в соответствии с МИ 2714 и определяет основные требования к методике и условиям выполнения измерений, а также оценке погрешностей измерений.
