Recommendation. Verifying software protection and determining its level when testing measuring instruments for type approval
Status: Not effective
The recommendation contains instructions on drawing up a section of the program and conducting tests of measuring instruments (SI) for the purpose of approving the type relating to the verification of the software protection level. Conducting such tests is due to the need to implement paragraph 2 of Art. 9 of the Law of the Russian Federation N 102 "On ensuring the uniformity of measurements" in part related to ensuring the restriction of access to software in order to prevent unauthorized adjustment and intervention, leading to a distortion of measurement results.
