The methodology of the institute establishes the organization and procedure for conducting metrological examination of draft technical specifications for the development of measuring instruments in the system of the federal service for geodesy and cartography of Russia, as well as being developed by other organizations and received for examination by the Federal Service.
Методика института устанавливает организацию и порядок проведения метрологической экспертизы проектов технических заданий на разработку средств измерений в системе федеральной службы по геодезии и картографии России, а также разрабатываемых другими организациями и поступивших на экспертизу в Федеральную службу.
