Control of nanomaterials in the food industry

Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time

Methodical recommendations determine the procedure and methods of control of artificial nanomaterials of abiogenic and biogenic origin in food products, including biologically active food additives and food additives. The guidelines are intended for specialists of bodies and organizations of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, and can also be used by research organizations of hygienic profile, medical educational institutions and other organizations conducting research to assess the safety of nanomaterials.
