Sampling methods, detection and determination of the content of nanoparticles and nanomaterials in the composition of agricultural, food products and packaging materials
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
Guidelines set the requirements for sampling, detection and determination of the content of nanoparticles and nanomaterials in agricultural, food products and packaging materials. The requirements set forth in these guidelines are applied during the establishment of safety of agricultural products, food products and packaging materials produced using nanotechnology at the stages of their development, production, importation into the country, circulation, use and disposal in the Russian Federation in order to risk assessment decisions related to these processes. The guidelines have been developed to ensure uniformity of measurements and adaptation of existing methods and measuring instruments during the assessment of the safety of agricultural products, food products and packaging materials produced using nanotechnology.
