The methodological recommendations provide methodological foundations, principles and criteria for assessing the risk to public health when exposed to microbial factors contained in food. The guidelines are intended for bodies and organizations of the Federal Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare, as well as research and other organizations involved in assessing the health risk associated with exposure to environmental factors.
В методических рекомендациях приводятся методические основы, принципы и критерии оценки риска здоровью населения при воздействии факторов микробной природы, содержащихся в пищевых продуктах. Методические рекомендации предназначены для органов и организаций Федеральной службы по защите прав потребителей и благополучия человека, а также научно-исследовательских и других организаций, занимающихся оценкой риска здоровью, связанного с воздействием факторов среды обитания.
