The rules and regulations apply to the design of thermal protection of buildings under construction, reconstructed residential, public, industrial, agricultural and storage buildings with an area of more than 50 m2, in which it is necessary to maintain a certain temperature and humidity conditions.
Нормы и правила распространяются на проектирование тепловой защиты строящихся, реконструируемых жилых, общественных, производственных, сельскохозяйственных и складских зданий площадью более 50 м2, в которых необходимо поддерживать определенный температурно-влажностный режим.
