Construction standards apply: to the system of internal heat supply, heating, ventilation and air conditioning in the premises of buildings and structures, all sectors of the economy, regardless of ownership and departmental affiliation, put into operation after the completion of new construction, reconstruction or major repairs, as well as restoration ; - on the processes of engineering surveys, design, construction, operation and disposal of buildings; - for building materials and products used for the manufacture and (or) erection of building structures and construction of internal engineering systems of buildings.
Строительные нормы распространяются: на системы внутреннего тепло- снабжения, отопления, вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха в помещениях зданий и сооружений, всех отраслей экономики независимо от форм собственности и ведомственной принадлежности, вводимых в эксплуатацию после завершения нового строительства, реконструкции или капитального ремонта, а также реставрации; - на процессы инженерных изысканий, проектирования, строительства, эксплуатации и ликвидации зданий; - на строительные материалы и изделия, применяемые для изготовления и (или) возведения строительных конструкций и устройства внутренних инженерных систем зданий.
