The measurement procedure establishes a voltammetric method for measuring mass concentrations of vitamin B1 (thiamine) in the analysis of samples of flour, cereals, flour-and-cereals, bread and bakery products with vitamin-mineral mixtures in the ranges and with the errors given in Table 1
