The procedure for the identification and identification of nanomaterials in laboratory animals

Guidelines establish the procedure for identifying nanoparticles and nanomaterials in organisms of laboratory animals during the safety testing of nanomaterials. Guidelines are used in the course of conducting research on the safety of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies in order to make decisions on the assessment of risks associated with the effects of nanoparticles and nanomaterials on the human body. Guidelines are designed to ensure uniformity of measurement and adaptation of existing methods and measuring instruments during the assessment of the safety of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies for human health and components of natural biocenoses. Guidelines are intended for specialists of bodies and organizations of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, can be used by research organizations of hygienic profile, medical schools and other organizations conducting research to assess the safety of nanomaterials.
Методические указания устанавливают порядок выявления наночастиц и наноматериалов в организмах лабораторных животных в ходе тестирования безопасности наноматериалов. Методические указания применяются в ходе проведения исследований безопасности наноматериалов и нанотехнологий в целях принятия решений по оценке рисков, связанных с воздействием наночастиц и наноматериалов на организм человека. Методические указания разработаны с целью обеспечения единства измерений и адаптации имеющихся методов и средств измерений в ходе оценки безопасности наноматериалов и нанотехнологий для состояния здоровья человека и компонентов естественных биоценозов. Методические указания предназначены для специалистов органов и организаций Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере защиты прав потребителей и благополучия человека, могут быть использованы научно-исследовательскими организациями гигиенического профиля, медицинскими учебными заведениями и иными организациями, проводящими исследования по оценке безопасности наноматериалов.
