Guidelines establish principles for the scientific justification of maximum allowable levels (MRLs) of pesticide residues in food raw materials and food products using a risk assessment methodology.
Методические указания устанавливают принципы к научному обоснованию максимально допустимых уровней (МДУ) остаточных количеств пестицидов в продовольственном сырье и пищевых продуктах с использованием методологии оценки риска.
