The standard establishes the indicators and quality standards of electrical energy in electrical networks of the general-purpose power supply systems of alternating three-phase and single-phase current with a frequency of 50 Hz and at the points to which electrical networks owned by various consumers of electrical energy or receivers of electrical energy (common connection points) are connected .
Стандарт устанавливает показатели и нормы качества электрической энергии в электрических сетях систем электроснабжения общего назначения переменного трехфазного и однофазного тока частотой 50 Гц и в точках, к которым присоединяются электрические сети, находящиеся в собственности различных потребителей электрической энергии, или приемников электрической энергии (точки общего присоединения).
