The guidelines provide information on infectious diseases that require measures for the sanitary protection of the territory of the Russian Federation: clinical and epidemiological characteristics of individual nosological forms, the actions of medical personnel in identifying a patient (corpse), information and alert schemes, treatment and emergency prophylaxis, staffing, rules for the collection and transportation of material, the use of personal protective equipment, modes of disinfection of various objects infected with pathogen microorganisms.
В методических указаниях приведены материалы по инфекционным болезням, требующим проведения мероприятий по санитарной охране территории Российской Федерации: клинико-эпидемиологическая характеристика отдельных нозологических форм, действия медицинского персонала при выявлении больного (трупа), схемы информации и оповещения, лечения и экстренной профилактики, комплектование укладок, правила забора и транспортирования материала, применение средств индивидуальной защиты, режимы обеззараживания различных объектов, зараженных патогенными микроорганизмами.
