Guidelines include basic safety requirements for workplace facilities: production equipment, appliances and tools, as well as tools for instruction and training. Designed for specialists of organizations performing certification of workplaces for working conditions, bodies of state examination of working conditions of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, bodies of supervision and control, as well as a wide range of employees of organizations.
Методические указания включают основные требования безопасности к объектам рабочих мест: производственному оборудованию, приспособлениям и инструментам, а также к средствам инструктажа и обучения. Предназначены для специалистов организаций, осуществляющих аттестацию рабочих мест по условиям труда, органов государственной экспертизы условий труда субъектов РФ, органов надзора и контроля, а также широкого круга работников организаций.
