The standard applies to the means of individual respiratory protection (hereinafter - RPE). The standard establishes the classification and labeling of RPE, and also classifies the surrounding air environment, in which RPE is necessary, for their correct selection. The standard does not apply to the following special types of RPE: - firefighters; - military; - medical; - aviation.
Стандарт распространяется на средства индивидуальной защиты органов дыхания (далее - СИЗОД). Стандарт устанавливает классификацию и маркировку СИЗОД, а также классифицирует окружающую воздушную среду, в которой необходимо применение СИЗОД, для их правильного выбора. Стандарт не распространяется на следующие специальные виды СИЗОД: - пожарные; - военные; - медицинские; - авиационные.
