Isomerspecific determination of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) in food
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The method of isomerspecific determination of mass concentrations of toxic polychlorinated biphenyls in food products is established using capillary gas-liquid chromatography with an electronic capture detector and are intended for laboratory studies of food safety and the study of biological material (milk, adipose tissue) in the assessment of PCB load on the body.
