The guidelines are intended for state sanitary and epidemiological institutions of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and other agencies that monitor the quality and safety of food raw materials and food products in accordance with SanPiN 2.3.2.1078-01 "Hygienic safety requirements and nutritional value of food products". Guidelines apply to methods with different purpose (arbitration, screening). Two methods for determining the residues of chloramphenicol (chloramphenicol, chlormicetin) in products of animal origin are given: - high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC); - enzyme immunoassay (ELISA).
Методические указания предназначены для учреждений госсанэпидслужбы Минздрава РФ и других ведомств, осуществляющих контроль качества и безопасности продовольственного сырья и пищевых продуктов в соответствии с СанПиН 2.3.2.1078-01 "Гигиенические требования безопасности и пищевой ценности пищевых продуктов". Методические указания распространяются на методы с различным целевым назначением (арбитраж, скрининг). Приведены два метода определения остаточных количеств левомицетина (хлорамфеникола, хлормицетина) в продуктах животного происхождения: - высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии (ВЭЖХ); - иммуноферментного анализа (ИФА).
