Chromato-mass spectrometric determination in atmospheric air of volatile components of food flavors in the process of their production

Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time

Guidelines establish the procedure for applying the chromato-mass-spectrometric method for determining in atmospheric air the total content of alpha-pinene, limonene, menthol, propylene glycol, linalool, benzaldehyde, vanillin, menthon, butyl butyrate, isoamylacetate, glycerol triacetate in the concentration range from 0.01 to 2 , 0 mg
