Guidelines contain a description of the accelerated method for the qualitative and quantitative detection of antibiotics in food products and other substrates, based on the suppression by the antibiotic of the dehydrogenase activity of test cultures in a liquid nutrient medium. Designed for centers of state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance and other organizations that monitor the quality of food.

Методические указания содержат описание ускоренного метода качественного и количественного обнаружения антибиотиков в пищевых продуктах и других субстратах, основанного на подавлении антибиотиком дегидрогеназной активности тест-культур в жидкой питательной среде. Предназначены для центров государственного санитарно-эпидемиологического надзора и других организаций, осуществляющих контроль за качеством продуктов питания.
