These Guidelines establish the basic research samples of fruit and vegetables, fruit and berries and plant products, as well as semi-finished and finished products, developed on their basis, in terms of parasitic safety, conducted by laboratories for state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, production control and certification.
Настоящие Методические указания устанавливают основные исследования проб плодоовощной, плодово-ягодной и растительной продукции, а также полуфабрикатов и готовой продукции, выработанных на их основе, по показателям паразитарной безопасности, проводимые лабораториями с целью государственного санитарно-эпидемиологического надзора, производственного контроля и сертификации.
