Method for detection and determination of bacteria of the genus Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes based on DNA-RNA hybridization analysis

These guidelines establish the method for the rapid detection of bacteria of the genus Salmonella in food products and in washes from the surfaces of equipment and inventory of food production plants, as well as methods for the accelerated (24 hours) identification of cultures isolated from these objects suspicious of belonging to Listeria monocytogenes and bacteria of the genus Salmonella, based on solid-phase heterogeneous hybridization DNA-RNA analysis with chemiluminescent detection.
Настоящие методические указания устанавливают метод ускоренного выявления бактерий рода Salmonella в пищевых продуктах и в смывах с поверхностей оборудования и инвентаря предприятий по производству пищевых продуктов, а также методы ускоренной (за 24 ч) идентификации культур, выделенных из указанных объектов и подозрительных на принадлежность к Listeria monocytogenes и бактериям рода Salmonella, на основе твердофазного гетерогенного гибридизационного ДНК-РНК анализа с хемилюминесцентным детектированием.
