The guidelines are intended for employees of organizations that carry out: the manufacture and quality control of bacteriological nutrient media (diagnostic, cultivation, transport, etc.) and (or) their bases for mass production; designing new nutrient media; the production of media from individual components according to the records, and can also be used: - in the examination of ND and - during the internal laboratory quality control of commercial nutrient media. Guidelines apply to studies of bacteriological nutrient media of domestic and foreign production.

Методические указания предназначены для работников организаций, осуществляющих: изготовление и контроль качества бактериологических питательных сред (диагностических, для культивирования, транспортных и др.) и (или) их основ при серийном промышленном выпуске; конструирование новых питательных сред; изготовление сред из отдельных компонентов по прописям, а также могут быть использованы: - при экспертизе НД и - при проведении внутрилабораторного контроля качества коммерческих питательных сред. Методические указания распространяются на исследования бактериологических питательных сред отечественного и зарубежного производства
