The guidelines set out the requirements for collecting, packaging, storing, transporting and conducting virological studies of materials from patients with polio, suspected of having this disease, with acute flaccid paralysis syndrome (AFP) in order to establish etiological agents of diseases, as well as to study the circulation of polioviruses, other (nepolio) enteroviruses among the population.
В методических указаниях определены требования к порядку сбора, упаковки, хранения, транспортирования и проведения вирусологических исследований материалов от больных полиомиелитом, с подозрением на это заболевание, с синдромом острого вялого паралича (ОВП) в целях установления этиологических агентов заболеваний, а также изучения циркуляции полиовирусов, других (неполио) энтеровирусов среди населения.
