Guidelines establish methods of sanitary and parasitological examination of meat and its products in relation to their epidemic safety and are intended for bodies and institutions of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, monitoring the quality and safety of food raw materials and food products, including imported into the Russian Federation, as well as laboratory diagnostics of diseases with food by transmission. Guidelines can be used by other laboratory centers that carry out quality control and food safety and are accredited in the prescribed manner.
Методические указания устанавливают методы санитарно-паразитологической экспертизы мяса и продуктов его переработки в отношении их эпидемической безопасности и предназначены для органов и учреждений Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере защиты прав потребителей и благополучия человека, осуществляющих контроль качества и безопасности продовольственного сырья и пищевых продуктов, в том числе импортируемых в Российскую Федерацию, а также лабораторную диагностику заболеваний с пищевым путем передачи. Методические указания могут быть использованы другими лабораторными центрами, осуществляющими контроль качества и безопасности пищевых продуктов и аккредитованными в установленном порядке.
