Guidelines substantiate and determine the methodological basis and algorithms for the laboratory diagnosis of pneumonia in the implementation of epidemiological surveillance in relation to community-acquired pneumonia. The guidelines are intended for specialists of bodies and institutions of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare, and can also be used by specialists from medical organizations and other interested organizations. Guidelines are mandatory for the implementation of epidemiological surveillance for community-acquired pneumonia, during anti-epidemic measures and in the epidemiological investigation of possible outbreaks of community-acquired pneumonia.
Методические указания обосновывают и определяют методические основы и алгоритмы лабораторной диагностики пневмоний при осуществлении эпидемиологического надзора в отношении внебольничных пневмоний. Методические указания предназначены для специалистов органов и учреждений Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере защиты прав потребителей и благополучия человека, а также могут быть использованы специалистами медицинских организаций и других заинтересованных организаций. Методические указания являются обязательными при осуществлении эпидемиологического надзора в отношении внебольничных пневмоний, в ходе проведения противоэпидемических мероприятий и при эпидемиологическом расследовании возможных эпидемических вспышек внебольничных пневмоний.
