Methods of microbiological control of products for children, clinical nutrition and their components

Методы микробиологического контроля продуктов детского, лечебного питания и их компонентов

Methodical instructions establish the methods of laboratory research (testing) of the quality of baby products, medical nutrition and their components (including those imported into the Russian Federation) according to microbiological safety indicators for human health, carried out in the order of production control, state and departmental sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, and also when testing the specified products in order to certify compliance. Guidelines are intended for use in the laboratories of enterprises, organizations and institutions that carry out production quality control in the development of new types of baby food, medical nutrition and their components, their production and in the process of industrial production, in the laboratories of the organizations of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of the Russian Federation and departmental sanitary and epidemiological services of federal executive authorities, as well as in laboratories of other organizations accredited to carry out tests of the specified products for the purpose of their certification. In accordance with the Methodological Guidelines, microbiological monitoring of the safety of food components and products for children, medical and dietetic food imported into the Russian Federation should be exercised. Guidelines should be taken into account when revising the existing and development of newly created regulatory documentation on products of children's and medical nutrition and components used in their manufacture.

Методические указания устанавливают методы лабораторных исследований (испытаний) качества продуктов детского, лечебного питания и их компонентов (в том числе импортируемых в Российскую Федерацию) по микробиологическим показателям безопасности для здоровья человека, проводимых в порядке производственного контроля, государственного и ведомственного санитарно-эпидемиологического надзора, а также при испытаниях указанной продукции в целях сертификации соответствия. Методические указания предназначены для применения в лабораториях предприятий, организаций и учреждений, осуществляющих производственный кон��роль качества при разработке новых видов продуктов детского, лечебного питания и их компонентов, постановке их на производство и в процессе промышленного выпуска, в лабораториях организаций Государственной санитарно-эпидемиологической службы Российской Федераций и ведомственных санитарно-эпидемиологических служб федеральных органов исполнительной власти, а также в лабораториях иных организаций, аккредитованных на право проведения испытаний указанной продукции для целей ее сертификации. В соответствии с Методическими указаниями должен осуществляться микробиологический контроль за безопасностью пищевых компонентов и продуктов детского, лечебного и диетического питания, импортируемых в Российскую Федерацию. Методические указания должны учитываться при пересмотре действующей и разработке вновь создаваемой нормативной документации на продукты детского и лечебного питания и компоненты, используемые при их изготовлении.
