The guidelines are intended for use by organizations and individuals authorized to implement instrumental control and hygienic assessment of vibration in residential and public buildings for compliance with current regulatory documents and are advisory in nature. This document takes into account international and national standards: GOST 12.01.12-2004, GOST 31191.1-2004 (ISO 2631-1), GOST 31191.2-2004 (ISO 263 1-2), GOST R 53964-2010, GOST 31319-2006, GOST ISO 8041-2006 in terms of the requirements for the measurement of total vibration, not inconsistent with the current sanitary legislation documents.
Методические указания предназначены для использования организациями и физическими лицами, уполномоченными осуществлять инструментальный контроль и гигиеническую оценку вибрации в жилых и общественных зданиях на соответствие действующим нормативным документам и носят рекомендательный характер. Настоящий документ учитывает требования международных и национальных стандартов: ГОСТ 12.01.12-2004, ГОСТ 31191.1-2004 (ИСО 2631-1), ГОСТ 31191.2-2004 (ИСО 263 1-2), ГОСТ Р 53964-2010, ГОСТ 31319-2006, ГОСТ ИСО 8041-2006 в части требований к измерению общей вибрации, не противоречащих действующим документам санитарного законодательства.
