Safety standards establish technical requirements for certification in the Federal Railway Transport (CCA: N) technical requirements for the certification of electrical equipment intended for diesel locomotives, gas turbine locomotives, diesel trains and railcars (rail buses), and apply to electric rotating traction and auxiliary machines (traction generators and units, traction electric motors, auxiliary generators and electric motors), power converters (rectifiers and invert Traction and auxiliary bores, electric traction devices (electromagnetic and electropneumatic contactors, pneumatic cam switches (reversors and brake switches), resistors for power circuits (blown and non-blown), ground relay and differential, electromagnets traction). Standards are mandatory for all legal entities to comply with, regardless of the organizational and legal form and departmental affiliation, engaged in the development, manufacture, supply, maintenance, repair and upgrading of electrical equipment for diesel locomotives, gas turbine locomotives, diesel trains and railcars.
Нормы безопасности устанавливают обязательные для применения в Системе сертификации на федеральном железнодорожном транспорте (CCA:N) технические требования для сертификации тягового электрооборудования, предназначенного для тепловозов, газотурбовозов, дизель-поездов и автомотрис (рельсовых автобусов), и распространяются на машины электрические вращающиеся тяговые и вспомогательные (генераторы и агрегаты тяговые, электродвигатели тяговые, генераторы и электродвигатели вспомогательные), преобразователи силовые (выпрямители и инверторы тяговые и вспомогательные), аппараты электрические тяговые (контакторы электромагнитные и электропневматические, переключатели пневматические кулачковые (реверсоры и тормозные переключатели), резисторы для силовых цепей (обдуваемые и необдуваемые), реле заземления и дифференциальные, электромагниты тяговые). Нормы обязательны для соблюдения всеми юридическими лицами, независимо от организационно-правовой формы и ведомственной принадлежности, осуществляющими разработку, изготовление, поставку, техническое обслуживание, ремонт и модернизацию тягового электрооборудования тепловозов, газотурбовозов, дизель-поездов и автомотрис (рельсовых автобусов).
