Standards apply to: industrial, energy, road construction, commercial, municipal, medical equipment, etc. appointments with a supply voltage not higher than 1000 V, operated outside residential buildings and not connected to their electrical networks; enterprises of various purposes located in designated areas or in separate buildings: factories, factories, ATS, medical institutions, supermarkets, repair companies, etc. The standards establish the allowable values and measurement methods of industrial radio interference in the 0.15-1000 MHz band. Equipment manufactured and commissioned before January 1, 1996 is normalized in the frequency band 0.15-300 MHz. Norms do not apply to lighting devices according to GOST 21177; technical equipment of wire communication equipment according to the Standards 9 equipment information technology according to GOST 29216; industrial, scientific, medical and household high-frequency installations in accordance with GOST 23450.
Нормы распространяются на: оборудование промышленного, энергетического, строительно-дорожного, торгового, коммунального, медицинского и т.п. назначения с напряжением питания не выше 1000 В, эксплуатируемое вне жилых домов и не связанное с их электрическими сетями; предприятия различного назначения, раположенные на выделенных территориях или в отдельных зданиям: заводы, фабрики, АТС, медицинские учреждения, универсамы, ремонтные предприятия и т.п. Нормы устанавливают допустимые значения и методы измерений индустриальных радиопомех в полосе 0,15-1000 МГц. Оборудование, изготовленное и сданное в эксплуатацию до 1 января 1996 г. нормируется в полосе частот 0,15-300 МГц. Нормы не распространяются на световые приборы по ГОСТ 21177; технические средства аппаратуры проводной связи по Нормам 9; оборудование информационной техники по ГОСТ 29216; промышленные, научные, медицинские и бытовые высокочастотные установки по ГОСТ 23450.
