Guidelines for the design of measures to ensure the access of persons with disabilities to road facilities

The methodical document contains recommendations on the application and compliance with the design standards for the construction of newly built and reconstructed roads (with the exception of weight control points, toll points, facilities designed for the protection of roads and artificial structures), as well as the requirements for their transport and operational conditions providing accessible and safe conditions for the independent movement of persons with disabilities and other people with limited mobility.
Методический документ содержит рекомендации по применению и соблюдению норм проектирования элементов обустройства вновь строящихся и реконструируемых автомобильных дорог (за исключением пунктов весового контроля, пунктов взимания платы, сооружений, предназначенных для охраны автомобильных дорог и искусственных сооружений), а так же требований к их транспортно-эксплуатационному состоянию, обеспечивающие доступные и безопасные условия для самостоятельного движения инвалидов и других маломобильных групп населения.
