Methodical recommendations apply to surveys and tests of bridge structures (bridges, overpasses, racks, cattle passes, viaducts) on federal highways, performed by specialized organizations and are an act of recommendation in road facilities.
Методические рекомендации распространяются на обследования и испытания мостовых сооружений (мостов, путепроводов, эстакады, скотопрогонов, виадуков) на федеральных автомобильных дорогах, выполняемые специализированными организациями и являются актом рекомендательного характера в дорожном хозяйстве.
