Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of the Main Pipeline for the Transportation of Liquid Ammonia

These Rules establish general provisions for design and construction and basic requirements for the organizational structure of the main pipeline management services for the transportation of liquid ammonia (ammonia main line), the design and maintenance of the ammonia main line route, its safe operation and repair, and protection against ammonia lesions.
Настоящие Правила устанавливают общие положения проектирования и строительства и основные требования к организационной структуре служб управления магистрального трубопровода для транспортировки жидкого аммиака (магистрального аммиакопровода), оформлению и содержанию трассы магистрального аммиакопровода, его безопасной эксплуатации и ремонту, а также к защите от поражений аммиаком.
