Status: Effective. IUS 7-1988
This standard applies to electrical food warmers designed to maintain the set temperature of food during storage and distribution. The standard does not apply to mobile food warmers and food warmers used on vehicles and in tropical conditions. The standard is used in conjunction with GOST 12.2.092-83
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на электрические мармиты, предназначенные для поддержания установленной температуры пищи при хранении и раздаче. Стандарт не распространяется на передвижные мармиты и мармиты, используемые на транспортных средствах и в тропических условиях. Стандарт применяется совместно с ГОСТ 12.2.092-83
