Quantitative chemical analysis of water. Methods of measuring mass concentrations of phenol and phenol derivatives in drinking, natural and waste waters using gas chromatography

Status: Not effective. 2018 edition in effect

The document establishes a methodology for the quantitative chemical analysis of various types of water in order to determine phenol and phenol derivatives. The technique is intended for the analysis of drinking water, including bottled water; natural waters, including surface and groundwater sources, and sea waters; wastewater: industrial, domestic, storm and treated. The technique can be used to analyze samples of thawed and technical waters, and samples of snow cover.
