The rules establish the procedure for drafting national standards of the Russian Federation and draft amendments thereto for approval by the national standardization body of the Russian Federation and for registration, as well as the procedure for registering, publishing approved standards, amending existing standards and preparing standards cancellation documents.
Правила устанавливают порядок подготовки проектов национальных стандартов Российской Федерации и проектов изменений к ним к утверждению национальным органом Российской Федерации по стандартизации и к регистрации, а также порядок проведения регистрации, опубликования утвержденных стандартов, внесения поправок в действующие стандарты и подготовки документов по отмене стандартов.
