The rules establish the procedure for certification of individuals as verifiers of measuring instruments. The rules do not apply to enterprises, organizations and institutions of the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
Правила устанавливают порядок аттестации физических лиц в качестве поверителей средств измерений. Правила не распространяются на предприятия, организации и учреждения Министерства обороны России.
